The Island pond is the first pond reached
from the track and contains Carp to 18lb, Tench to 5lb, Perch to 2lb and
Roach and Rudd.It is well stocked and fish can be caught tight to the
island or under near bank cover.

Strip Pond

The Strip Pond at Standedge is situated
at the end of the track at the side of the Island pond. The Pond approximatly
100m long and contains mostly Carp to 6lb. |
